Our projects

We empower women by providing the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to achieve economic prosperity. Through skills training, access to capital, mentorship, and inclusive networks, we help women build sustainable livelihoods, grow their businesses, and lead change in their communities.

At RKP, our work centers on three key areas: empowering women economically through entrepreneurship and capacity building; promoting inclusive financial literacy to ensure accessible and equitable learning; and fostering community-based collaboration that encourages women to lead change together.

Entrepreneur & Business Skill

We train women in business development, product creation, branding, and digital marketing. Helping them turn ideas into sustainable sources of income.

RKP provides community-based entrepreneurship training for underprivileged women. Participants learn to design business ideas, create marketable products, understand consumer needs, and use social media and digital platforms for promotion. The program also covers small capital management and strategies for developing micro-enterprises that suit local contexts. We believe entrepreneurial skills open doors to women’s economic independence.

Digital & Financial Literacy

We equip women with digital tools and financial knowledge to help them manage money wisely and access formal financial services.

Digital and financial literacy are vital foundations for independence. RKP offers training on household financial planning, expense tracking, debt management, and identifying financial fraud. On the digital side, we guide participants in using e-wallets, e-commerce, and other online platforms to support their daily lives and businesses. This approach promotes financial inclusion and greater access to fair economic systems.

Leadership & Confidence Building

We help women build self-confidence, speak up, and lead in their families, communities, and future workplaces.

We organize leadership training that encourages women to discover their potential, make decisions, and engage in public spaces. This program develops assertive communication, conflict management, and collaborative leadership. Our focus is to create safe spaces where women can grow and realize that their voices matter in shaping social change.

Mentorship & Peer Support

We build supportive communities where women can learn from each other, grow together, and build lasting collaborations.

At RKP, women never walk alone. We facilitate individual and group mentoring sessions and create peer-to-peer support spaces. Program alumni share experiences, successes, and challenges to strengthen solidarity and sustain their progress. We believe strong change is built through networks of mutual support.
